Warranty & Service Policy

Please submit your service request below with photos, and our team will review it and provide a response as soon

as possible. A site visit fee of $250 is due on all service visits for installations past 90 days. If service is

determined to fall under our limited warranty, no additional costs will be incurred.

Turf Bros provides a 2-year labor warranty and premium turf products backed by a 16–25 year manufacturer’s

warranty.

Exclusions

• Normal wear and tear such as wrinkling, matting, or minor seam shifts over time

• Weeds or odors that develop after installation

• Heat damage from window reflections, fire pits, grills, or other high-temperature sources

• Sprinkler or irrigation problems that occur after we complete installation

• Rules or restrictions from HOAs, cities, or impervious cover limits

• Weather events like floods, fires, wind, or fallen branches

• Damage from pets, wildlife, or misuse (digging, chewing, or unusual wear)

• Underground issues such as irrigation lines, wires, or pipes that weren’t disclosed prior to installation

Service Visits

• All site visits require a $250 fee.

• If the issue is covered under warranty, the fee is refunded or credited.

• If the issue is not covered, the fee covers inspection, and any repair work will be quoted separately.‍
